Dallas grew up south of Helena, in Clancy. After graduating from Helena High School she moved to Central Oregon, first pursuing a cosmetology education and a few years later adding massage to her skill set.

After marrying her husband, Ben, the pair decided to relocate to Montana. They enjoy being close to family as well as the many outdoor activities the Helena area offers. Dallas and Ben enjoy spending time in the yard with their puppy, Sevro, and four chickens. In the colder months they enjoy game nights with friends, and cozying up with a book.

Dallas received her massage training in Central Oregon. After gaining licensure she began working at a resort spa, as a young woman she enjoyed the deeply relaxing atmosphere and small details that made client experiences luxurious.

After moving back to Montana in 2019, she began working at chiropractic offices. Dallas learned much from the chiropractors that she worked under, and enjoyed working in a cooperative care setting.

In 2025 Dallas went out on her own and opened Calming Waters Bodywork. Her aim has been to offer all the best bits from her various work experiences.

After building her career around deep tissue and therapeutic modalities, Dallas is excited to be integrating Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) into her offerings. She has been pursuing training in lymphatic therapies since 2022 and is excited to continue building her knowledge and expertise in such an underserved field.

Currently Dallas is certified to perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and she is preparing to pursue further certifications which will expand her scope of practice to include compression wrapping, garment measurements, and allow her to teach lymphatic clients home exercises and wrapping.

When she isn’t at work, Dallas enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. In the summer she putters around in the yard with her chickens and unruly raspberry patch, heads out for a jog or a hike, or simply reads a book in the shade. During the winter she likes listening to podcasts and audiobooks while crocheting or baking, and cuddling on the couch with Ben, and puppy Sevro.

Dallas proudly serves on the board of Treasure State Runners, a local non-profit committed to fundraising for Helena area non-profits, such as Girls Thrive and The Friendship Center, through footrace events.
